Shipping & Delivery

AlphaScout is preparing to launch. Our registered business details and contact e-mail will be published here before we accept payments. Until then, privacy requests can be made through the request form.
01A Digital Service
AlphaScout is software delivered over the internet. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
02How Access Is Delivered
- Free sample: the page is open to anyone on our website; the spreadsheet needs a free account.
- Paid plans: your plan becomes active in your account as soon as Dodo Payments confirms your payment, and a receipt is sent to your e-mail address.
- You use AlphaScout in your web browser at our website; there is nothing to download or install.
03Delivery Time
Access is normally immediate. Occasionally a payment takes longer to confirm; if your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it.
04Where We Deliver
AlphaScout is available online worldwide, except where providing it is prohibited by law or sanctions. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.
05If Access Isn’t Delivered
If you paid and we cannot give you access within 7 days, we refund the payment in full, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
